Permissions
- macOS Privacy → Microphone → Arcus (and Electron if that is what the OS listed)
- Screen Recording for capture stills — local until Send
- Confirm the meeting app is not muted at the system level
If transcript is empty
- Restart Arcus after granting TCC.
- Confirm an STT key is saved.
- Run a short internal call first.
