Installation

Install Arcus and get past Gatekeeper on unsigned Mac builds.

Install

  1. Open the Download page on this site.
  2. Windows: download the current Arcus-Setup-*.exe from the Download page. It is unsigned. If SmartScreen says “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. Mac Apple silicon: download the arm64 .dmg from the Download page. It is unsigned. Drag the app to Applications. Right-click the app → Open.
  4. Mac Intel: download the Intel .dmg from the Download page. It is unsigned. Drag the app to Applications. Right-click the app → Open.
  5. The Download page always resolves the latest published Windows build. Mac DMGs may lag until a new Mac build is published.
  6. Sign in in the app or via Sign in on the web. Grant Microphone for Live Call. Grant Screen Recording on Mac for capture stills.

Verify

You should see Home with Investigate ticket and Start live call. Settings includes Integrations, Security & privacy, and Tools & MCP. If Settings is missing those tabs, you are not on the current desk.
